Marathon was asked to develop a flexible advertising format for a new real estate company that would differentiate them from their competitiors and reinforce the modern dynamic nature of this new company.

Our Solution

Using the rounded corners found in their logo we developed a page layout that was flexible enough to cover 24 pages in the local real estate guyde but also provide their valued clients with a visual difference from others in the section. This layout maintains an overall corporate look but is also ever changing - giving their section visual energy.
